Used to love it but... – Videocraft - Video Editor 4K Review

When I first got this app, it was amazing. It was amazing for a long time after that’s too. However, recently it hasn’t been importing videos longer than 10 minutes. I PAID for this program, I should be able to import files that are as long as I want! I’ve repeatedly contacted them about this issue and they have flat ignored me. Very unhappy. And it stinks because this is really the best video app that I’ve discovered and support is nonexistent and it’s not working properly.
