Still the best app for designing fonts/creating logos etc – TitleFx - Write on Pictures, add Text Captions to Photos Review

I’ve used this app for about 6 years, here’s why: 1. It’s very easy to use, and simplified. No experience needed. Start a project by opening a recent photo, or choose one from your library. Onboard camera to snap pics, or pull from clipboard. 2. Has plenty of fonts to choose from. Fonts can be easy adjusted for size, placement, transparency, color, options and FX and background options. 4. Includes crop, snapping on off toggle, undo ability, and you can save a 1 set of font options to be used on the next project. This way you only have to change the wording if you are adding to an existing project. 5. Easy save options include: save to photo library, sms, share to almost all social media apps like Instagram, Facebook, flickr, Tumblr, clipboard, print, & “open in” option. There’s also some settings options like black or white theme, jpeg quality, camera options, and “provide usage data” on off toggle. When I got this app originally I had no experience making fonts, & never used photoshop. Since then I’ve learned to use photoshop for fonts and I still choose TitleFx for 76% of my projects. The app however is limited, and to some users advanced users could be considered basic but you’d be surprised at what can be accomplished. Here’s a tip, for better 3D effect - -Write a word -select “create new” to make an exact copy -change the color & change FX -drag the new copy over the top of the original word except offset it just a tad to created a 3D effect with shadow. The app has a fx option for raised 3D effect but it’s very subtle almost unnoticeable, especially if viewing from a phone size device. (This tip is crucial in that it provides more ability then the app offers using one click options. If I had to open photoshop for every raised letter, or 3d font I’d go crazy) If I had my way, I’d add more fonts of course, more FX options, and more sizing options. Currently you can only adjust the over all size of the letters but no options for stretching them. Also no options for flip, or 3d rotation, only can rotate like hands on a wall clock. I’d like to be able to change the angle as well as the ability to curve words. Deserved 5 stars for this app, might should be 4 for never adding new content but 5 for longevity and reliability. I did this review all on my own out of sheer love with no inventive. After finishing I feel I deserve an incentive lol it might be the only app that’s never given me a single problem.
