Useless – NC Quick Pass HOV Review

Tried to login in to my account which it doesn’t allow, I’ve read the other reviews, they all say the same thing and your response is the same...this app isn’t designed to manage your account. It seems this is what everyone wants so why not develop that instead? Just spit balling...
