A real lifesaver – NAVIGON Nordics Review

I bought this app for a trip to Oslo, Norway and it proved to be a lifesaver. The navigation worked nicely, the graphics look nice and I'm basically happy about my purchase, but there are a few things I hope will be in the next upgrade: The Nordics are actually more than 4. There is also Iceland, Faroe Islands and Åland that should be covered for this app to be complete for the Nordics (would actually be the only sat nav application for Iceland) I had to switch to the Google search to find some points of interest like Akerbrygge. I also had problems with finding car parks, seeing them on a map would have helped probably. But I'm happy with my purchase, and I'd say the Navigon compares very favourably to the Garmin devices I have used before. For this app to really live up to the name "Nordics" It should contain maps of all the Nordic countries, maps of Iceland are sorely missed from this application.
