Piece of crap – NC Quick Pass HOV Review

This entire process of registering and getting the transponders and now not having the app function is a pain in the rear. USELESS FREAKIN APP. IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. DOES NOT LET YOU LOGIN OR EVEN CREATE A NEW LOGIN. $230 million went down the drain :(
