False free trial! – CoverMe Private Text & Call Review

I tried to cancel my free trial the day before they said my 7 days would be up and they responded with we will cancel for you and still charge you the $29.99. Which they did charge me. Then I wrote them an email saying please refund me (with a screenshot of proof) that I requested a deactivation and cancellation before my 7 day end date and no response at all. Thanks but no thanks. (Response to developer email). I had deleted the app and tried to go back to it and it no longer has my email or account info because I had deactivated it on June 4th. There is no way that I found to contact you (developer) unless you have an account. So that is why my response is here. I did send a screenshot of my cancellation to a reply email from my deactivation. Please give me another way to proceed. Thanks.
