Unable to access Armory – Evhacon 2 - Collector's Edition Review

Enjoyed Evhacon & was looking forward to playing Evhacon 2. After purchasing it say says ‘IOS ARMORY UNAVAILABLE ‘ which makes the game impossible to play without weapon upgrades.
