I want a refund – Blades and Rings Review

So ive played this game for a good two years and ive asked ro get a refund and they tell me i cant get one its sad because i cant even link it to facebook idk why it never linked to it but i switched from android to ios and having to not get my account back makes me just want a refund at this point and ive heard others gotten refunds and still play it isnt fair for everyone else if they get banned its kinda messed up.
