Bad customer service – Blades and Rings Review

They did a update and I lost my account that I spent around 70-100$ on I was a vip level was 302 when I asked customer service what the issue was they kept asking for my name and server but when I would give them what they asked they said they couldn’t find me my name or the server so I logged into both my friends accounts that are on my server and I’m still on their friends list and obviously the server exists but the customer service won’t give me my money back or find my account keep in knowledge I bought VIP which would last me the whole year but if my accounts gone what’s the point I just want either my money back or character I refuse to start over with the money I spent and time I’ve used
