Uninstall – Hands Review

Developer, I demand an explanation on how to uninstall this app. I have iOS 12.3 and the app isn’t showing anywhere on my phone. I feel uncomfortable with this situation and unsafe knowing there is a random app stored away in my phone. HOW do I uninstall this app?
