Waste of Money – Hopper HQ Review

I bought the annual subscription and it’s completely unusable. Currently, my app no longer even opens after downloading the latest update - there is an eternal blue loading bar on a white screen. And when I try to post from a web browser it takes 30 minutes for it to post (not exaggerating - I’ve been timing it); customer service claims that they don’t have any technical problems on their end. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and simply want to be refunded for the remainder of my annual subscription since the service is completely useless to me.
