I bought the annual subscription and it’s completely unusable. Currently, my app no longer even opens after downloading the latest update - there is an eternal blue loading bar on a white screen. And when I try to post from a web browser it takes 30 minutes for it to post (not exaggerating - I’ve been timing it); customer service claims that they don’t have any technical problems on their end. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and simply want to be refunded for the remainder of my annual subscription since the service is completely useless to me.
Membership cancelled for posting “too many” pictures ??

I used this app for one day only. They cancelled my account in the very first day of testing because i was posting “too many” pictures in Instagram. It is funny because i’m now posting the same number of pictures with Later.com without problems.

This app hasn’t worked from the beginning. No support and when they finally do it’s just the runaround. I want a refund. Paid for the year and it’s been useless.

I love that I know have the option to schedule posts from the computer, as well as my phone. For my IG pages using both helps me out a lot! The app is beautiful, and works great. They also said they are adding more features, so I am excited. Thanks for making my life easier xo

As a small company- there are only so many things/hours/tasks one person can perfect and accomplish in one day. This is T H E B E S T app for consistent IG posting/planning. The biggest issue I've had with other apps is that I do all the work to set them up and then they pester me daily to execute he work I JUST spent an entire day doing. It ends up being 2x the effort!!! Worse- if I fall behind- I'm in a heap of trouble...they make you go back and reschedule every post (eghhhhhh). Hoper HQ has SAVED my life by giving me the opportunity to focus well on my IG strategy all at once-so I can edit, map out and press play in one day. I do the group work and Hopper HQ does the daily heavy lifting to keep me on track and on time. Thanks guys! #lifesavers

This app is not free, just a big FYI for people downloading it thinking it is because there are no in app purchases. You need to sign up for hopper account and the account is ~$200/year. They is no description mentioning a subscription. Classic bait and switch.

What a miserable service. In the past week, I’ve had nearly 20 (TWENTY!) posts fail. When I reach out to Hopper, they inform me “I’m please to confirm Hopper HQ is now fully functioning and we’re having no further issues publishing scheduled posts to Instagram.” This is a complete lie, because 3 more posts have failed since. Don’t waste your money on this service.

This app is great it. It allows yuh to schedule all you ig post in advanced and post with out reminders. It’s super easy to use and works well with a PC or iphone. Yes is it not free but totally worth the monthly fee

This app has helped me keep my phone away, while automatically posting my merchandise at any pre-set timing I had chose ?? The support team was very helpful with, answering my inquiries, and was there anytime I needed them ! To sum it up, This app is Perfect for people who frequently post daily, it really saves time !
