Can’t even create an account – PC Optimum Review

I’ve been trying to log into my old account for months , an exasperating number of requests and tickets for resetting my password. No success, no reset links ever sent, emails unanswered, and now with a new PC Optimum number I cannot even sign up for a new account since AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURED. I think Loblaws group doesn’t want people to actually get any points from this app
