Horrible. – FreedomPop: Calling & Texting Review

When I started using it 2018. It was okay and customer service was lame. I got a SIM to use the free plan on my second phone. Now 2019 they charge me $6 to $14 a month and I don’t even use my second phone. When I call customer “support “ it’s automated machines talking and no way to get the a human representative.
