Not able to register and looks like total scam – My Little Pony Read & Play Review

I bought this app for my kid. I tried to register during trial, not able to. Forgot to cancel the subscription. Now my subscription got renewed. Still now not able register. Contacted support, no response. This is very bad customer support. Now I feel I lost $50 for subscription for app I can’t use. I see lot of complaints about this app and support, Apple pls do some action.
