Good but missing some stuff – Belote Review

1. Add where aces and 10s are the highest 2. Make so 3 in a rown and etc is said first hand then showed second but must bedone manually 3. Partner plays bad because he doesn't raise when he has Jack or 9 of my shape 4. Translate to English please
