How do I even create a new account? – MobileFiT Review

I’m a member of the YMCA in San Francisco and they recommend we use this app. When I attempt to start a new account it prompts me to put in my phone # and then says it can’t locate my account—Uh, yeah, no kidding, that’s why I’m trying to create one. Really frustrating.
