Amazing app first one that ever helped me – BodBot Gym & Home Workout Plan Review

I have never been in shape but I have spent a lot of money on equipment, trainers and apps. This is the first solution that has had a significant impact on my health. The way the app easily switched between home and gym workouts is great No matter where I am I can get a good workout. I also really appreciate the progression shifts during the workout. This keeps me from getting lazy or over worked. Use it for a week like I did and you will be happy to upgrade. I don’t need the upgrade features but this company deserves my money.
