Make very visible and very accessible what actually matters to users : wallet/ passbook, delays, not what you want to sell and we’ll trust you again. Also you make no use of notifications when needed (changes or delays). Very pricy in business, food really average and no way to take an earlier train without a supplement, adding constant delay with just apologies or very small compensations: This is degree zero of service.
