This App is truly terrible

Limited info, the App is down during the night, which is insane. You can not book trains within an hour and more! Total crap just like French service

No quieren devolvernos el dinero ni darnos un crédito, sabiendo que no es por culpa mía es porque cancelaron mi vuelo por el coronavirus, nadie puede viajar entre Europa y Estados Unidos, yo tenía toda la intención de ir y no iba a cancelar pero que puedo hacer me cancelaron mi viaje, cuando todo esto pase estoy segura 100% que si voy a ir por eso pido que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Prob just better to take the airplane. Thought this would be a nice change but was I wrong. There is “no electricity” and we were waiting outside Rotterdam. Would not take the Eurostar again. Please just book a flight at least they can change you to another plane if one is cancelled... we were just stuck sitting on the tracks...
App crashes all the time

Cant view tickets; can t pick seat. app just crashes every time (iphone x, us-english)
App is useless for tickets. No way to show a ticket and add to Apple Wallet

Unlike every airline app I use, this app can’t display a ticket that can then be added to wallet. The web site says many things about tickets and wallet, but I have yet to find a way to put my Eurostar ticket in my Apple Wallet.
