Charges randomly/ absolutely scamming money – FreedomPop: Calling & Texting Review

App changes the plan without any permission, when it asks to update credit card info to continue use. Customer service uses policy / claims u have signed when u log in and refuses to refund despite agreeing to problem in system. Why because policy says so. Apple store should ban apps like this and report abuse!
