Not Working. – Microsoft Advertising Review

I signed up for the account to start Marketing my ads. I wanted to use the app to make it more simple When I downloaded the app it has like a glitch it kept re-directing me to the home page & saying I couldn’t sign in. Not really sure what’s going on but I hope it can get fixed ASAP.
