Great app- Battery drain? – Palette Cam Review

This app is so great and easy to use but for some reason it drains the hell out of my battery. I went from 76% to 70% in less than 2 minutes and when I closed out of the app my battery stopped draining. Why is that? I’d give it 5 stars, but I can only use the app in very small increments due to the drainage.
