Cannot play file once exported – Smart Recorder and transcriber Review

I exported the recorings via email, but was unable to find any program to play *.smrc files. The developer did not respond to several requests for help. So I still do not know how to play a recording without using the app. This means that I have to keep all recordings I want to listen to on my phone. Why does the developer offer an export feature, which is useless? Why does the developer not respond to my requests for help and clarification?
