Easy to use, lots of options, love it – TitleFx - Write on Pictures, add Text Captions to Photos Review

I can’t believe how hard it is to find good photo apps, but this one works great for adding text to photos! Lots of fonts, colors and styles to use. Easy to figure out without needing a lot of instructions.
