Issue connecting – GarageMate, Garage Door Remote Review

So I have had this device and app for a long time and recently had to get a new phone. Now I can’t reconnect it because it wants me to put a password including letters in to pair the device to my phone. The problem there is the keyboard displayed only has numbers no letters and no toggle keyboard buttons so now I can’t use my Bluetooth garage door opener.
