Paid for premium and now all is gone – PNP – Portable North Pole™ Review

2018 christmas we got premium account in hopes of keeping it for years to come. The account is no longer populating... Can't sign out to check other email address. My kiddo wanted to watch his movies again and they are all gone!!! I'm not happy at all either.
