Horrible customer service – Mytheresa: Luxury Fashion Edit Review

If I could give zero stars, I would. They declined my transaction because it looked suspicious and fraudulent. I authorized it and I had my bank do the same. That’s sadly how much I wanted a pair of shoes. After back and forth with “customer service “ they still would not allow the purchase even though it was clearly proven not to be fraudulent. I was warned by a frequent shopper of this pitiful online store that items get lost in customs, shipping takes longer than promised, charged for items that are actually out of stock. Pathetic.
