If I could give zero stars, I would. They declined my transaction because it looked suspicious and fraudulent. I authorized it and I had my bank do the same. That’s sadly how much I wanted a pair of shoes. After back and forth with “customer service “ they still would not allow the purchase even though it was clearly proven not to be fraudulent. I was warned by a frequent shopper of this pitiful online store that items get lost in customs, shipping takes longer than promised, charged for items that are actually out of stock. Pathetic.

My only problem is that most dress I was looking at to small if are made in America or out Untied States. Great items online , but price is over my head. Wish was small payment plain make life more easy for everyone. Thank You.
