App with no support – Transit GO Ticket Review

I’ve used the app successfully a few times and it works well. I’m an infrequent user and when I tried to use it recently I couldn’t remember my password. That’s when I realized that this app has zero support. After unsuccessfully resetting my password via the in-app mechanism (it looks like it works but the reset email never arrives), I tried sending a message to support via the app - zero response. Next I tried the kingcounty.gov “transit go ticket” - zero account help could be found. Lastly, I tried calling the number listed within the app and on the webpage for support - complete disaster! They kept telling me the app was “done by a third-party” and that they had zero idea how to get me in contact with someone that could help me. At this point the app is completely unusable for me. I can’t login and I can’t re-create my account because my email is known to the app already, so it keeps saying it is already used by another account. While the app was promising, the lack of support makes it a non-starter. I’d highly recommend you not use this app.
