Bad experience – Elabelz Shopping إي ليبلز Review

I have a reason of giving one star, and the reason is from my first experience to shop with this app I was excited good interface nice app, but then I bought something then things took a bad turn, it has been 8 days that my stuff is still in progress 8 days and I have called them multiple times asking my it’s in first stage each time they say the team will get in contact with you but that never happens I really wanted this to be a good app and provide good service but unfortunately till know it’s not and this is the reason that I can not provide more than one star if this changes I will update the review
