Good customer service but a lot of bugs

I love shopping from this app, their customer services is awesome but some time they do have bugs that kills my shopping experience and I wish if they can update the app frequently

They have totally no respect for customers and whatever you order they deliver it late or I should say it’s never delivered ?????? I have ordered few stuff since 24th of January and still not here Ordered again in 31 of March they just call to make sure you want the things and never call you again or even answer emails properly where the hell on earth waiting for a dress takes 3 months to get delivered to you ???

الاسعار لا تتحول الى نفس البلد. وطريقة عرض البضاعة ليست جميله. والبضائع عادية وليس هناك اي جديد
محرك بحث فاشل!

حملت التطبيق و حذفته بعد أول عملية بحث، اخترت القياس المطلوب ان يخصصه لي البحث و لكن لم يتم تخصيص البحث بل تظهر قياسات غير مطلوبة خصصت L و تطهر لي منتجات لا يتوفر فيها الا S و هذا ضياع للوقت للأسف و عدم تقدير بوقت العميل!

I like the app and i like shopping experience with elabelz I wish if u add more brands like h&m, zara , max etc cuz its highly recommended in Iraq And its better if you notify users when u add new items or there is new sale

عند طلبي ادخلت كود الخصم وكان السعر الاجمالي ٤٥$ ولكن عند وصول الطلبية اخذو ٥٦$ اي بدون خصم , وأسلوب العاملين غير جيد ,, عدا هذا نوعية الملابس جيدة ووصلت خلال أسبوعين
