Some mismatches – BodBot Gym & Home Workout Plan Review

Don’t think I am still beta testing, but some fixes needed. 1) Lateral leg raises with band: picture and video do not match instructions. 2) Hip external rotation and hip internal rotation videos reversed. 3) Exercise more button deactivated until after cool down complete. 4) Should alternate upper and lower body work outs and rarely get assigned cardio. Is there a minimum time needed for cardio? Enjoying this app for changing up my routine. Thanks
