Error message on every video – Story Splitter - Post longer Stories for Instagram Review

I specifically bought this pro version so I could upload longer videos and each time I’ve tried, I get a message saying there is an error with the type of video. These are simply videos taken with my iPhone! So far, it’s a no go with this app.
