Rejects credit card. – Transit GO Ticket Review

I’ve tried to add a credit card but it says my (new) credit card expiration date is invalid and demands the date of the expired one, which (obviously) doesn’t work. I tried to write to the support and after filling all the fields correctly it says one field has not been filled in. So I can’t even get support.
