Trying to purchase $80.00 pack – Goddess: Primal Chaos Review

I’m trying to make an in game purchase for goddess primal Chaos for the $80.00 pack and I can’t because it says I cannot connect to iTunes, I have or is talking to apple/ITunes and there fine on there end.
