Do NOT spend your money on this game. – Goddess: Primal Chaos Review

I recharged several times so that I could purchase important items that I wanted in game. They drafted the money from my bank account but the recharge gems never came to my account. I filled out all the required steps they make you jump through on the “support” page and I still haven’t heard back from them. Meanwhile I can’t purchase the items I want for my toon because I refuse to spend another penny on the game until I receive what I’ve already paid for. I love this game but support could definitely use an overhaul.
