Terrible customer service and product descriptions – Japanese Shopping Mall App Review
We spent over $700 on two rice cookers, food, and other products from the application to use in the USA. First it took over 3 months to get the shipments. When they did arrive the food was past its shelf life and had expired. The rice cookers were not designed to run in the USA. After going back and forth with “customer no service" they said we were stuck with two rice cookers we CAN’T USE AND CAN’T SEND BACK. We have been told that they don’t take phone calls for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
