What Happened???

The app is not working! When trying to log in it gives me a message saying “403 Forbidden”! I juts ordered $200 worth of products and I have no way to check on my shipment! Someone please check what’s going on with this app and fix it, I need my products or my money back! There’s no customer service for this app which is ridiculous coming from a country that’s supposed to be all about “excellent service and pride in it!”. x[

Need improvement

There are a lot of products but the app needs improvement for easier navigation. Desperately need back button that will not make me start over, to clarify when click in to see details of product, there seriously needs to be a way to go back to where I was and not back at the first page. Also if I can easily shop by shops and then narrow by categories, so I can group my shipping together easily. I really want to shop more from this site with more ease please make improvements.

Now, yes shipping is slow, however I have ordered from other Japan based shops and the shipping is delayed across the board because of a typhoon. Once it got better both of my shipments were processed quickly when in customs. Most of the time shippers have little to no control of how long shipments may sit in customs. The interface could be a little better, and the variety could be better. I’ve had no problems. I do wish there was an easier way to just browse for things and I’d love to see some more Japanese clothing brands like milkfed on here

(Mini rant) These guys worked hard to fix the problems in this app and no one helped them out by fixing their ratings after they fixed the problems you guys asked for. (Rant over) This app is awesome! A bit slow but it’s still an amazing app to find all your Japanese needs!

The back button disappears and you have to click the home button and start your search all over again. Too frustrating to use.

If I have chance to pick 0 star, I will. I purchased some cosmetics from this website and disappeared due to transportation reason. I collaborated with them very well, after totally 3 month they told me I only can pick points. I didn’t get my money back and also they charge a lot for the service fee. DON’T USE THIS APP!
