Good system Poor quality service – 1-800Accountant Review

This is the 2nd time in the last two months that my portal hasn’t not been synced with my bank account so I can’t see my transactions in the portal. It worked for about a week then stopped working again. Extremely frustrating that I’m paying for a service and I can’t even use it . Makes me want to find a new accountant service . Not sure if it’s my bank or the portal but unfortunate that I can’t even get my portal re synced in a months time now . Horrible service
