Ssh not supported – Buffer Editor - Code Editor Review

When trying to make a ssh connection I get an error saying “Buffer does not support authentication methods (public key)” No forum to ask questions in. No help from the user guide. Not useful after all. Can I have my money back now? UPDATE: So I followed the steps given and now I just get a “failed to authenticate server” generic error message. I tested ssh connection using the same key from my Mac with no issues. It still seems like ssh really isn’t supported.
