“Nothing to sync” – Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit Review

After my app randomly stopped syncing and is saying “nothing to sync” I’ve read the FAQ’s, tried those solutions, still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted “support” repeatedly and never hear back from them. Pretty annoying considering I’m in a program that I get compensated for my steps and it hasn’t synced since January 30th.
