Great free yoga app – Yoga 101 Review

This is a pretty good app. Instructions are clear, poses flow well. My only complaints are that it ends abruptly, with no final resting pose and it feels a bit short. I feel like I just got started and it's over- but I think it's meant to be short and sweet. I still give it five stars because it's free and the poses are well thought out to give you a quick workout.
