Sooooo disappointed – Viper SmartStart Review

Just installed smart start on car yesterday. Installer showed it worked right after installation. Since then I purchased the service and now I can’t start my car by app. Called viper they told me the module installed was an older version and I need the most current.... crazy considering they have my money and I can’t use service even after tech support was supposed to try to upgrade remotely.
