Needs some fixes – Presidents and... Review

President and VP should be able to pass any card they want. As president I should not have to break up a set of four 3's. Also the game is not saving anymore. Whenever I close it, it reverts back. I have beat my old reign several times and it keeps going back and it doesn't even register any new rounds in my total. Fix these and 5 stars.
