Mapping not showing up – Sensorly Review

I've mapped multiple trips with both an iPhone 7+ and iPhone X. Nothing is showing up. It used to show up instantly or within hours and now months go by with nothing ever showing up. Once this is corrected I'll map again. I've emailed with no response from the developer for a few weeks. I messaged the Sensorly team over two weeks ago with no reply. Safe to say these guys aren’t doing anything with their app or anything else.
