I’m a paid subscriber but can’t use it! – Route4Me Route Planner Review

I’m a monthly mobile app subscriber, just signed up a week ago and haven’t been able to use it as it tells me my subscription has expired even though when I go under “subscriptions” tab, it shows that I am a monthly mobile app subscriber, and my credit card has been charged. I need to have this thing up and running right now but no luck. Reached out to customer support two days ago regarding the problem and still no response. Disappointed!
