I’ve been using this app for three months and have great difficulty with it. If there are good directions somewhere, I haven’t found them.

None of the functions worked, very confusing was not able to plan a route or even use the app. Error code kept popping up and was unable to report the problem.

The price adds up...

I think $5 a month is more reasonable, but I’m pretty much forced to stay with it. It does do a great job, however.

I’m a monthly mobile app subscriber, just signed up a week ago and haven’t been able to use it as it tells me my subscription has expired even though when I go under “subscriptions” tab, it shows that I am a monthly mobile app subscriber, and my credit card has been charged. I need to have this thing up and running right now but no luck. Reached out to customer support two days ago regarding the problem and still no response. Disappointed!
