How does it work? – m30 pendulum style free (musebook metronome) Review

I had high hopes for this app since it seemed to have great features. But that turned out to be moot since I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn the metronome on. It doesn't come with instructions and although I consider myself tech-savvy I just can't make it work.
