Don’t waste your money!!! – OBD AutoMate Review

This app is completely useless. First, I bought the device on eBay, where it didn’t mention that the app is an additional $9.99! I mean you buy the device, so the app that supports it should be free, right? I mean you can’t use the device without the app! The app need to connect through wifi to the device, which would have been fine if it was stable. It keeps dropping the connection and the nothing in the app works. Also, the only thing that worked a little is seeing the car’s RPM, but even that is delayed, making it useless. I mainly bought the device and app to check diagnostics, and that does not work at all. It says there are no fault codes, but using my Dad’s device that he got from Autozone reported several error codes. Junk!
